Journaling Retreat -online
Journaling is a therapeutic craft helpful for everyone to explore. It is also greatly beneficial for people facing the challenge of bereavement who would appreciate time to engage in the art of journaling for further growth and healing.
The retreat programme includes ideas for kick starting your own journaling, recognised benefits and styles of journaling, interactive fun exercises, and some interesting examples of people throughout history who have journaled too. Ruth has journaled since 1993 and will share some of her journaling story during the retreat.
